Padwork & Sweat
This class is the fastest, most effective way to burn 1000 calories in one session. Focus Pad Work session teaches striking and with correct punching technique in a high intensity workout. It will produce offensive and defensive skills, sharpen reflexes and condition the body all at the same time.

This class contains High-Intensity Interval Workouts (HIIT), circuit workouts & strength workouts. A mixture of kickboxing training, weights & calisthenics drills to burn fat and get you lean & ripped.
