This class is designed to get your child fit and mentally strong to keep them in tuned with the challenges of the world.


Pad Work and Sweat

MON, TUES, THUR & FRI @ 7AM & 8AM •60 MINUTES

2 people =  £30 each
3 people =  £25 each
4 – 6 people =  £20 each

This class is the fastest, most effective way to burn 1000 calories in one session. Focus Pad Work session teaches striking and with correct punching technique in a high intensity workout. It will produce offensive and defensive skills, sharpen reflexes and condition the body all at the same time.

Strength Training Class

The class will contain High-Intensity Interval Workouts (HIIT), circuit workouts & strength workouts. A mixture of weights & calisthenics drills to burn fat and get you lean & ripped. Mixed ability welcome
