MON, TUES, THUR & FRI @ 7AM & 8AM •60 MINUTES

This class is the fastest, most effective way to burn 1000 calories in one session. Focus Pad Work session teaches striking and with correct punching technique in a high intensity workout. It will produce offensive and defensive skills, sharpen reflexes and condition the body all at the same time.
